3bdd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3bdd website accessible at 3bdd.io, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and associated digital services.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or who accesses the Platform for the purpose of gaming or sports betting.
• "3bdd" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the 3bdd platform and all its affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Wallet" means the internal player balance held within your Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cashable promotional credits, free spins, or match bonuses credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is a condition of using the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail for matters specific to that promotion.

3bdd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Age Requirement. The 3bdd Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 3bdd employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

One Account Per Person. Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitute a breach of these Terms. 3bdd will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently suspend the player's access to the Platform.

Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3bdd makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its primary operating market.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at 3bdd's discretion during the account lifecycle, players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is resolved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3bdd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 3bdd support at once. We will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation. 3bdd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access the Platform are secure. 3bdd recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features on your Account.

Supported Payment Methods. 3bdd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Specific limits applicable to each payment channel are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the player's Wallet within seconds of mobile confirmation. 3bdd does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 3bdd within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, typically within a few hours of request submission during standard operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. 3bdd does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, the player's payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Source of Funds. Players may only deposit funds that originate from payment instruments registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

Anti-Money Laundering. 3bdd operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are the proceeds of criminal activity. In such cases, we may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the player.

3bdd offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free credits, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the promotion terms for each offer.

Bonus Abuse. 3bdd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets across multiple outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3bdd reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the Account.

Expiry. All bonuses and Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Wallet without notice. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

Promotion Changes. 3bdd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account prior to the change taking effect.

All games and sports betting markets available on the 3bdd Platform are subject to their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These general Terms supplement — and do not replace — those individual game rules.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market on the Platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface. 3bdd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Void Bets. 3bdd reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed in error due to a technical fault or pricing error; (b) the outcome of the event is uncertain due to circumstances outside 3bdd's control; or (c) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's Wallet.

Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for the sport in question (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 3bdd's decision, based on the official published result, is final.

Live Betting. Bets placed on live events are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Network latency may cause a brief delay between the player's bet placement and confirmation. 3bdd reserves the right to cancel live bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, even if confirmation appears to have been received before the event concluded.

Casino Games — RNG. All casino games on the 3bdd Platform utilise certified RNG technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published within the game's information panel. 3bdd does not manipulate RNG outputs and has no ability to influence individual game results on behalf of any player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3bdd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the Platform, whether intentionally or recklessly.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players without authorisation.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and where 3bdd has explicitly indicated that its services are not available.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 3bdd staff or other players.

All content available on the 3bdd Platform — including but not limited to the 3bdd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3bdd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

The game titles, graphics, and software made available through our provider partnerships — including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective studios and are used on the Platform under licence. Players may not reproduce or extract any game assets without the express written consent of the relevant studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3bdd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation: losses arising from technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, software errors, or unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3bdd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance wherever practicable.

Gambling involves financial risk. By choosing to participate in games and sports betting on the Platform, you accept the risk of financial loss. 3bdd is not liable for gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform, provided that those losses resulted from fair game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 3bdd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

3bdd is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by the 3bdd Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

3bdd uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. We do not store plain-text passwords, and all sensitive data is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols at rest.

3bdd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can pose risks for certain individuals and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The Platform includes a suite of player-protection tools available to all registered accounts at no cost:

Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 3bdd will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by 3bdd. 3bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) 3bdd is required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.

Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 24 months. 3bdd will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. A monthly dormancy administration fee, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule, may be deducted from the Wallet balance of a dormant Account. The Account balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

3bdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent in-Platform notification. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 3bdd recommends revisiting this page at least once per quarter to remain informed of the current Terms governing your use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3bdd is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus, transaction, or any other Platform matter, players must first contact 3bdd's support team to seek informal resolution. The support team will investigate and respond with a decision within 5 business days. If the player is not satisfied with the outcome, a formal written complaint may be submitted to the management team via the contact details in Section 16, and a final decision will be provided within 15 business days.

No Class Actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be brought in the player's individual capacity. You may not participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 3bdd arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
